What we are — and are not
Need That Loan is a loan-matching service. We are not a bank or a lender. We introduce your application to lenders in our network. Any loan you receive is issued by a third-party lender under its own credit and legal terms. We may receive a fee from that lender if you accept an offer.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to apply for financing on behalf of the business. You must provide accurate information and update it if it changes.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@needthatloan.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
No guarantee of funding
We do not guarantee that any lender will approve your application, that any offer will be made, or that any offer will be on the terms you request. All credit decisions are made by the lender.
Prohibited use
- Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Applying on behalf of a business you are not authorized to represent.
- Attempting to interfere with the site's security or availability.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the site is limited to $100.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Rules, except that either party may pursue small-claims relief in the appropriate court.
