By checking the E-Sign consent box during application or otherwise agreeing to these Terms, you consent under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-Sign Act) to receive communications from Need That Loan and participating lenders in electronic form.
Scope of your consent
Your consent covers all disclosures, notices, agreements, statements, records, and other communications (“Communications”) that we or a lender in our network are required or permitted to provide to you in writing, including:
- The Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and this Consent.
- Loan offers, term sheets, and executed loan agreements.
- Regulatory disclosures such as those required under the Truth in Lending Act, where applicable.
- Servicing notices, statements, and tax documents.
How we deliver Communications
We will deliver Communications by (i) email to the address on file, (ii) posting them to your account dashboard, or (iii) another electronic method we describe at the time of delivery.
System requirements
You need: a device with internet access, a current browser, an active email account you can check, and the ability to view PDF files. You should also have the ability to save or print electronic records for your files.
Paper copies
You may request a paper copy of any Communication at no charge by emailing legal@needthatloan.com. Requesting a paper copy does not withdraw your consent.
Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing us with the subject line “Withdraw E-Sign Consent.” Withdrawing consent may prevent us from processing your application or may require us to close your account, because much of what we do is electronic.
Keeping your information current
You are responsible for keeping your email address and other contact information up to date in your account.
